Goal of the Program: Create a one-week, holistic movement program that helps members reconnect with their body through simple, effective, low-pressure workouts. Each day focuses on a different intention — from mobility and energy to grounding and stress relief — using gentle movement formats that require little to no equipment. This is NOT a high-intensity challenge. It’s designed to feel approachable, mindful, and doable — even for beginners or those returning after illness, stress, or inactivity.
