This policy applies to all LiveThrive365 memberships, including Essential, Premium, and any one-time payment options.

Billing & Subscription Terms

We offer flexible billing to suit your lifestyle:

• Weekly, monthly, or annual subscription options are available for LiveThrive365 plans.

• Some plans may be paid as a one-time upfront payment for full-term access (e.g. 12-week programs or annual memberships).

• All subscriptions are set to auto-renew unless cancelled.

• To avoid future billing, you must cancel before your next payment cycle.

Free Trial Terms

• A 3-day free trial may apply to eligible membership plans.

• If not cancelled during the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

• Free trials are limited to one per person unless otherwise stated.

🧾 Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your membership at any time via your account or by contacting us.

• Once a payment is processed, no refunds are offered for unused time within a billing period.

• For one-time payment programs, access remains available for the duration of the program or membership term.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your information is always treated with confidentiality. Any data or contributions shared in forums, groups, or check-ins are protected and managed according to our Privacy Policy.

Respectful Participation

Our community thrives when everyone feels safe and supported. Any member found misusing access, disrespecting others, or violating guidelines may have their membership revoked at our discretion.
