By accessing or participating in our wellness coaching services or programs (the “Programs”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Medical Disclaimer

Our wellness programs — including LiveThrive, LiveThrive365, and LiveThrive365+ — are designed to promote general wellbeing and support healthier lifestyle habits. We are not medical practitioners, and our services do not replace medical advice. Always consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition, allergy, or are taking medication.

2. Program Structure and Adherence

Our programs are certified and structured to support transformational change. Clients must follow the program as provided to achieve the intended outcomes. Deviations from the recommended practices may impact results.

3. Individual Results May Vary

Every client is unique. Results will vary based on your personal commitment, health background, lifestyle choices, and adherence to the program. While we aim to support your goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Testimonials are provided for illustrative purposes only.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All fees for services or programs must be paid in full before commencement unless otherwise agreed. Coaching services, digital products, and physical program bundles are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Physical products such as skincare, supplements, or snack items may be eligible under our 90-day satisfaction guarantee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Follow program instructions and use services as intended

• Be honest about your current health, skin conditions, or medical concerns

• Disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing conditions prior to participation

• Take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and health decisions

6. Intellectual Property

All program content, including videos, worksheets, and digital downloads, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. These materials are for your personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Le Roux Health and Beauty is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from your use of our services or products. This includes, but is not limited to, adverse reactions, lifestyle changes, or program outcomes. You agree to release and indemnify us from all claims except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions or any part of our programs at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued participation after changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled through Australian courts and relevant jurisdictions.

Applies to Memberships, Programs, and Corporate Clients

1. Thrive365 Membership Terms

LiveThrive365 Essential and LiveThrive365+ Premium memberships are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or annually, depending on the plan selected). These memberships are not locked into a contract, and you may cancel at any time. However, cancellations must be received before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. All access will remain available until the end of the current paid period.

2. Program Participation (LiveThrive Reset, Transform, 365+)

By enrolling in any LiveThrive wellness program — including LiveThrive Reset, LiveThrive Transform, or LiveThrive365+ — you agree to the specific structure, timeline, and coaching format provided. All digital tools, worksheets, and educational content are for personal use only and cannot be reproduced or shared.

3. Corporate Coaching & Service Agreements

For corporate clients, group coaching, or wellness programs delivered to teams, additional terms such as team size, session frequency, delivery method (onsite/online), and pricing will be outlined in a customised quote or proposal. Signed service agreements may be required for team-based delivery or externally funded programs. Corporate discounts are valid only with a confirmed quote.
