Program Plans & Pricing Policy – LiveThrive365 Programs (Individual & Corporate)

At Le Roux Health & Beauty, we are committed to delivering high-quality wellness coaching programs and digital services that support your personal or team’s health goals. To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, please read the following terms before participating in any of our offerings.
This policy applies to all structured programs and wellness services delivered through the Le Roux Health & Beauty website, including but not limited to the LiveThrive Reset, LiveThrive Transform, and LiveThrive365+ programs, as well as guided meditations, workouts, movement sessions, digital resources, and self-paced programs.
Payments & Deposit

All programs require full payment or a confirmed payment plan prior to commencement.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

This deposit includes your program bundle (e.g. supplements, printed materials, digital tools).

Once products have been ordered or delivered, the deposit becomes strictly non-refundable, even if you withdraw from the program.
Cooling-Off Period

A 5-business-day cooling-off period applies from the date of enrolment, provided the program has not started and no products have been dispatched.

After this period — or once materials have been issued — all payments are final and non-refundable.
Free Trial Disclosure (LiveThrive365 Memberships Only)

A 3-day free trial is available for selected LiveThrive365 memberships.

No refunds are provided within a billing cycle once a subscription has commenced.

To avoid charges, cancellation must occur before your trial ends.
Results & Participation Disclaimer

While many clients experience positive results, outcomes will vary based on personal commitment, health, and consistency.

All coaching is educational and supportive in nature and does not replace medical advice.

We strongly recommend consulting your GP or healthcare practitioner before beginning any new program, using supplements, or making major lifestyle changes.
Health Disclosure & Liability

You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, skin concerns, injuries, or illnesses prior to starting a program or using recommended products.

Le Roux Health & Beauty is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the failure to disclose health information or for using services without professional medical clearance.

If in doubt, please speak with your healthcare provider before enrolling.
Refunds & Cancellations

Once the cooling-off period has ended and products or resources have been issued, no refunds will be provided for non-attendance, change of mind, or non-completion.

In exceptional cases (such as illness or emergency), a credit may be offered at our discretion for future use.
Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information shared during your program or inside membership spaces is treated confidentially and used only within the scope of your participation.
