Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Last Updated: 18/04/2025 At Le Roux Health and Beauty, we value your time and energy — and we do our best to offer the same in return. To keep things running smoothly for all clients, please review our cancellation and rescheduling terms for all services, including coaching appointments, skin analysis, in-home consultations, and wellness programs like LiveThrive, LiveThrive365, and LiveThrive365+. 🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. No-shows or failure to attend a scheduled session without notice are considered non-refundable. This policy applies to: Coaching sessions (in-person or virtual) Skin analysis appointments In-home wellness or pantry consultations Program and membership check-ins ✅ If We Cancel In the rare case that we need to reschedule, we’ll contact you promptly to arrange another suitable time. If rescheduling isn’t possible, the session value will be held as a credit toward future services. ⚠️ Important Health Note If you’re feeling unwell, experiencing medical issues, or managing a skin condition that may impact your consultation, please let us know ahead of time.
