Practice what you preach

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted here, but I wanted to check in and share how I kicked off my day. I’ve got a 10-hour shift yesterday, so I knew if I didn’t train in the morning, I’d probably miss it altogether. The night before I worked out my bedtime and alarms so I could get enough rest and still make the gym.
That meant I was up before 3:30am and at the gym by 3:30 sharp for a full hour’s workout. It actually felt great – quiet, focused, no distractions – and now I’m heading into my day feeling awake and motivated.
For me, it was about practicing what I preach: if I’m telling you that you can find a way to fit movement in, then I need to show that I can make it happen too, even on big days.
💬 I’d love to hear from you:
When do you find it easiest to exercise – morning, afternoon, or evening?
What’s your “non-negotiable” that keeps you moving?
Let’s kick October off strong together!
