July Reset Wrap-Up: How Far You’ve Come (Even If You Haven’t Noticed)

Well… here we are.

The end of July. And if you’ve been on the reset journey with me this month — first of all, I’m proud of you.

This wasn’t about going all-in and achieving some picture-perfect routine. It wasn’t about being perfect with food, fitness, or finances. It was about reconnecting — with your body, your habits, your mindset… and ultimately, yourself.

And now that the month is coming to a close, it’s the perfect time to pause and reflect.

Not with guilt. Not with judgement. But with awareness.

So let me ask you gently — how did you go this month?

Did You Take the Reset… or Just Think About It?

Some of you jumped in fully — doing the workouts, reviewing your food choices, tuning into your gut health, or even finally noticing the thoughts that play on repeat in your mind each morning.

Others may have had the best intentions, but life kept getting in the way — work got busy, the kids needed you, the motivation faded.

And then there are those of you who quietly reset without even planning to — you drank more water, said no to something that wasn’t aligned, or took time to reflect instead of react.

However your July unfolded, I want you to hear this:

You haven’t failed. You’ve started.

My Reset, Honestly?

This month was a little chaotic for me behind the scenes.

Some personal news shook our family (more on that another time), and I’ve been managing full-time study, working my business, and trying to show up for everyone — including myself.

Oh — and just for fun, H. pylori decided to show up again. Another round of antibiotics. Yay.

But even through that, the reset theme grounded me. It reminded me to come back to basics: eat what nourishes me, move when I can, prioritise my mental space, and trust the bigger picture.

Some days, the reset looked like a workout. Other days, it looked like rest.

And honestly? That’s the point.

What Has This Month Taught You?

Even if you didn’t tick off everything you hoped to, I guarantee there’s something you can take from July.

Maybe it’s:

  • Realising that small, consistent action actually matters

  • Becoming more aware of how your emotions impact your eating

  • Noticing you’re always rushing and need more white space

  • Getting clearer on what you don’t want anymore

  • Feeling more connected to your body, energy, or boundaries

You might even be realising… you’re ready for something more.

What Now?

As we step into a new month, let’s use this reset momentum to build something sustainable.

Not another short-term push, but a grounded, real-life plan that fits where you’re at — not where someone else thinks you should be.

Here are a few journal prompts to help you reflect:

  1. What felt really good this month — and why?

  2. What threw me off track, and what did I learn from it?

  3. What is one area of my life (health, mindset, finances, routines) that I want to give more attention to in August?

  4. What do I need more of — and what do I need less of?

This isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about reconnecting with your values, energy, and priorities.

That’s where real change comes from.

Looking Ahead: Where Are You Heading?

Let’s zoom out for a moment. As July wraps up, can you see the bigger vision you’re working toward?

  • What does your ideal daily rhythm look like?

  • How do you want to feel in your body?

  • What does financial peace or purpose look like to you?

  • What kind of person do you want to be showing up as — in business, in your relationships, in your own self-talk?

This is the stuff we don’t often stop to think about — and it’s the exact work I love to support people with in my coaching.

Because health isn’t just food and movement.

It’s mindset, energy, identity, emotions, and belief.

And sometimes, you need someone to help you see the patterns you’ve outgrown… and the possibilities that are waiting once you let go.

Let’s Work Together (When You’re Ready)

If you’re feeling like this month stirred something in you — a craving for real change, a desire to get back on track, or simply a need to have someone walk beside you — I’d love to help.

Whether you’re looking to:

  • Reset your health with real food and daily habits

  • Rebuild confidence around your body and mindset

  • Create structure in your routines, finances, or focus

  • Finally follow through on the goals you keep setting (and resetting)

… that’s what I do. And we can make it fit your life, not the other way around.

Final Thought

Resetting doesn’t mean starting over from scratch.

It means coming back to what matters — again and again — until it becomes who you are.

You’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re becoming.

And I’m so proud of how far you’ve come.

Here’s to the next chapter. I’ll meet you there.
