Getting Started is just the beginning

Hi and welcome to my page!

I have to say starting a website and getting up and running is hard work. I am really not that great with technology so this was pretty scary for me!

I guess it's the same when you are changing anything in your life, from starting a new website to changing your lifestyle. When I was starting my health journey I knew I wanted to make some changes but I didn't have the first clue how to get started. Sure I knew I had to change the way I ate, I cut back on sugar and carbs, reduced my fat intake... then what?! "Eat Less! Exercise More!?" yes I did all of that and I still had trouble losing weight, but why???? What was I doing wrong??

I needed professional help. I had reached the point where I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.. Lucky for me I had a good friend who showed me everything I needed to lose weight and get healthy!

At first I was worried it would be another "how to lose 10kg in 10 days and look like a super model" type of scenarios.. you know, you lose 10 kg and when you're done you put on 20kg (face palm). Well this was completely different! A health coach who coaches you right through the program and teaches you how to continue that LONG TERM... That's amazing!

I successfully lost 11kg and felt fantastic! I know what you're thinking, this sounds too good to be true! well I tell you what, so did I! But I trusted my friend and I followed her instructions. I had everything I needed, with her help to reach my goals, all I had to do was get started.

After 4 years I am now coaching clients and helping them achieve their goals too. So if you're thinking about starting a new lifestyle, you would like to lose weight or just need some help to get your health on track, remember it starts with you.
